The Cognitive Surplus
Change is coming, be ready for it or get passed by. We will no longer be passive consumers of media. Clay Shirky gives a very good talk about the future of media in the internet age. I was in a comic book mood this past weekend so I read Infinite Crisis after I finished the Marvel Zombies. Infinite Crisis was extremely dense but Phil Jimenez artwork is so beautiful it was a breeze to read.
Marvel Zombies - book read
Just finished reading Marvel Zombies. I guess I have been in a zombie mood lately. It wasnt what I expected at all. I thought it was going to be about the Marvel heroes turning into zombies but the book picks up after they have already been turned. It was a different take on the whole zombie genre. My only complaint was that it was too short, but I did like the ending.

Finished reading World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War today. I listened to the audio version sometime last year and loved it. I wanted to read the book also so I did and I wasnt disapointed. They are making it into a movie and I hope it lives up to the book.
